Before You Book
Booking & Deposits
- A non-refundable $30 deposit is required via Zelle to Topbraider25@gmail.com to secure your appointment. Your deposit goes toward your final payment.
- It is advisable not to book on the day of an event to avoid inconveniences. Service times are averages and may vary.
- Book long braids at the earliest time slot available so you can finish on time.
Cancellations & Reschedules
- You may reschedule once using the same deposit, provided you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Deposits for appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior are non-refundable.
- No refunds after service. Please voice any concerns before leaving so they can be addressed immediately.
- Please communicate any changes in your arrival time.
Appointment Prep
- Do not book if you are sick or have the flu. Wear a mask if not severe.
- Come with your hair washed, product-free, and ready for braiding. Light blow dry is free. Hair wash services are not provided.
- Please come alone. We do not have space for extras — communicate if you must bring a plus one. You are welcome to bring food or snacks.
Hair & Extras
- Natural hair below 3 inches costs $50 extra and must be booked as an add-on.
- Please discuss any allergy concerns before booking so the proper braiding hair can be recommended, or wash your hair in vinegar before your appointment.
- Braiding hair is provided — communicate your preferred color. Curls for Boho braids are NOT provided. Client must supply human hair (YWigs or any good human hair brand recommended).
